Although Etna has been threatening to erupt over the centuries, it is now a respectable attraction in addition to its park Etna Land is a hugely popular attraction for families or travelers in search of a little adventure.

Sicily is also known for it’s unique selection of wines and opportunities for tasting particularly in the villages close to the hills rich in vineyards of Etna.  If you’re more of an adrenalin junkie why not hike the slopes of the volcano itself or try some of the extreme sports on offer in the Alcantara Gorges.
