A day at the Beach

Consider exploring the pier in Brighton, fossil hunting and rock pooling at Birling Gap or building sandcastles at low tide in Eastbourne. Whether you decide to make a day trip of it or just go for a morning, there’s a lot on offer. Visit the Theme Parks

One great example is Drusillas Park in Alfriston, which has rides, huge play areas and is also a family-friendly zoo. Magical Museums
Sussex is home to a number of amazing museums that you can check out. There’s the Toy and Model Museum in Brighton or the Booth Museum of natural history, also in Brighton. Alternatively you could explore the Herstmonceaux Observatory which offer loads of hands on science themed activities; or there’s Newhaven Fort where you can spend hours in the WWII tunnels.
Water Sports
Being close to the coast we have endless opportunities for water sports here in Sussex. There’s wakeboarding and windsurfing at Hove Lagoon; paddleboarding and kayaking a Buzz Active in Cuckmere and kitesurfing at The Beach in Littlehampton.
